- رجلٌ انطلق من التعاطي بالشأن العام لسنين طويلة ومن محبة الناس برحلة مليئة بمساعدة كل مستضعف وكل كادح ومفعمة بالإنجازات على كل الأصعدة العملية والإنسانية والرياضية والبلدية والنيابية.
- إبن بيروت ومواطن لبناني يعمل لخير لبنان والمواطن اللبناني الشريف والكادح.
- رئيس المجلس التنفيذي لشركة “هامبي” التي تأسست سنة 1921 وعضو في مجلس إدارة “العربي الدولي للإستثمار”.
- عضو فاعل في لجنة مطرانية الأرمن الأورتوذكس للإسكان في لبنان من 2001 ولغاية 2012.
- عضو المجلس التنفيذي في المطرانية من 2012 ولغاية 2014.
- ناشط رياضي من الطراز الأول، عضو في اللجنة الإقليمية لجمعية هومنتمن وعضو في اللجنة التنفيذية لإتحاد كرة السلة بين عامي 2007 و 2010، له الأيادي البيضاء في أبرز المشاكل التي واجهت هذه الرياضة المحببة على قلوب اللبنانيين وكان الفاعل والمحرك الأساسي لحل الكثير من التعقيدات وهو الداعي لتأمين كل الحاجات الرياضية عبر استحداث نظام شراكة مع القطاع الخاص وفق نظام الB. O. T.
- عضو فاعل في مجلس بلدية بيروت بين 2010 و 2018 لم يتوانى يوماً ولم يوفر جهداً تجاه بيروت وهو الذي يسمي الأشرفية ضيعته الحبيبة.
- نائب في البرلمان اللبناني لدورة 2018 وهو يعتبر نفسه نائب عن الأمة وليس لفئة من الشعب.
- مشرّع من المستوى الرفيع يبذل جهوده في إيجاد قوانين تخفف عن كاهل المواطن وتفيد خزينة الدولة منها وأهمها قانون إلزام الشركات التي تدير المرافق العامة بالتقاضي بالعملة الوطنية حصراً.
- رئيس لجنة الصداقة اللبنانية-الأرمنية البرلمانية وعضو في لجان صداقات عديدة مع الكونغو وسريلانكا والجزائر.
- داعم أساسي لكل الجمعيات والأخويات والرابطات التي تهتم بالمرضى والمسنين والقليلي الحظ وذوي الإحتياجات الخاصة ويحب أن يسميهم “ذوو الإرادة الصلبة”.

- A man who started from engaging in public affairs for many years, driven by people’s love, on a journey filled with helping every oppressed person, every hard worker, and full of achievements on all practical, humanitarian, sports, municipal, and parliamentary levels.
- A son of Beirut and a Lebanese citizen working for the good of Lebanon and every honest and hardworking Lebanese citizen.
- Chairman of the Executive Council of “Hampi” company, which was established in 1921, and a board member of “Arab International Investments.”
- A prominent member of the Diocese of Armenian Orthodox Housing Committee in Lebanon from 2001 to 2012.
- Member of the Executive Council of the Diocese from 2012 to 2014.
- A top-tier sports activist, member of the Regional Committee of the Homentmen Association, and member of the Executive Committee of the Lebanese Basketball Federation between 2007 and 2010. He played a key role in solving many challenges faced by this beloved sport in Lebanon, and he was the main force in resolving many complications and ensuring all sports needs were met through creating a partnership system with the private sector based on the B.O.T. model.
- Active member of the Beirut Municipality Council between 2010 and 2018, who never hesitated and spared no effort for Beirut. He fondly refers to Ashrafieh as his beloved village.
- Member of the Lebanese Parliament in the 2018 term, and he considers himself a representative of the entire nation, not a particular group of people.
- A high-level legislator who dedicates efforts to creating laws that ease the burden on citizens and benefit the national treasury, including the most important law requiring companies that manage public facilities to litigate exclusively in the national currency.
- President of the Lebanese-Armenian Parliamentary Friendship Committee and a member of several friendship committees with Congo, Sri Lanka, and Algeria.
- A primary supporter of all associations, fraternities, and organizations that focus on patients, the elderly, the underprivileged, and people with disabilities, whom he prefers to call “people with a strong will.”
